During tonight's episode Dan's chapter about Blair, "The Queen of Scheme," is released by Vanity Fair. The piece comes out just in time for Eleanor's return to New York. Where is Cyrus?
Eleanor swiftly dethrones Blair from her post at Waldorf Designs. To find some clarity Blair returns to the only place that ever made sense to her, the steps of the Met. It is there she decides she wants to contribute to the family business by designing a line of uniforms inspired by her time at Constance. What a lovely full circle moment.

Unbeknownst to her, Bart has been hiding his Sudan paperwork in the back of that painting. Whoops! Lily, Ivy and Chuck find themselves in a bidding war for the piece but ultimately Rufus raises his paddle for the win.
Chuck convinces Ivy to sell him the painting and she charges him double. By the time the painting gets to his hotel room at the Empire, Ivy has already stolen all of Bart's important documents. Sneaky girl!
The other critical story line tonight was the reunion of Serena and Dan. First they take Dan's Vespa out for a spin (Seriously? Dan has a sea foam green Vespa?), then they relive their first date playing pool and then they wind up trapped in an elevator together. After pretending they don't like each other anymore, Dan finally kisses Serena. The episode ends with us believing they sleep together.
